· The guest must know and respect the open/close timetables of CAMPEROASI and the entry/exit timetables clearly pointed in the showcase situated next the MANAGEMENT area;
· The assignation of the pitches is of exclusively competence of the MANAGEMENT and it is effectuated according to unquestionable service requirements. It is forbidden to move from the assigned pitch without the necessary MANAGEMENT authorization;
· It is forbidden to install awnings or precarious manufactures in the camping place, to dig holes in the ground or modify the fettle of the place;
· In the usage of the individual services or of the collective services present in the pitch, the guest has to take care to not damage implants or equipments and left them in perfect order and tidiness. The usage of the electrical service in the pitch is of exclusive responsibility of the user, which must use cables and sockets according to law and avoid every danger to people and things during the usage;
· The guest must respect and do not danger the plants and green situated in the pitch and in the common usage areas, he must keep clean and in order its own pitch, he must not light fires apart that of its own barbecue, he must lodge trash in the appropriate containers favouring the differentiated collection of trash;
· Except special permissions of the MANAGEMENT, it is forbidden the entrance inside the area of cars and motorcycles that must be left outside, in the appropriate no guarded reserved parking; exclusively light motorcycles and bicycles holding by the guests are admitted;
· It is not admitted inside the area the stay of under ages if they are not attended by adults that accept the responsibility;
· It is admitted inside the area the presence of pets provided that they are not troublesome or assaulting, led with leash and kept under watch inside the assigned pitch;
· It is forbidden to keep ignited the engine of the caravan during the parking in the pitch and create troublesome noises;
· During the quiet hours it is forbidden circulate with motor vehicles, cycles and motorcycles; televisions and radios must be kept at the lowest volume and children kept under watch by adults.

At the arrival the caravan owner with his own crew must report to the MANAGEMENT so that all the reception formalities may be performed, these procedures consist in hand over the identity cards, the admission registration, the ascertainment of the number of people on board, and the confirmation of the booking.
At the arrival the MANAGEMENT will hand over to the guest the PASS CAR that will have to be given back to the MANAGEMENT at the departure.
The PASS CAR allows the opening of gates to the caravan owner during the hours of closing, and must be used only in case of provably emergency.
At the departure the caravan owner must wait the result of the "pitch-control" made by the MANAGEMENT to verify that the structures, the apparatus and the green had not been damaged during the stay. In case of ascertainment of damage the MANAGEMENT will load the expenses to the guest.
